Policies

Scheduling an appointment with me means you are agreeing to these policies. 

Credit Card on File:

A valid credit card must be placed on file to book an appointment for hypnotherapy through Broughton Hypnotherapy Online. This will not be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No-Show policy. Once you've received your hypnotherapy session, your card on file will be charged. 

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and that's OK. Please cancel 24 hours in advance. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. (though 48-hour notice is preferred in order to make that time available to someone else.)

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time or failure to be available for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. 

A rescheduled appointment is still a missed appointment for that specific day and is subject to the regular cancellation fee. 

Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to join your Zoom session at the exact appointment time. This will ensure you get the full-time you scheduled. If you are late, I will only be able to give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible for paying the full length of the session you requested. 

Sessions for Minors:

I do not serve minors, but I would be happy to refer you to someone who does.

Refusal of Service:

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time for safety purposes. Reasons may include but are not limited to, the following: intoxication, derogatory or bigoted comments, sexual or romantic advances, illness, or repeated no-shows and/or late cancellations. If you exhibit any of the conditions as mentioned earlier or behaviors, you'll be denied treatment and charged in full for the appointment.
